Wood:
One 36" x 72" piece of plywood 3/4" thick exterior grade, good one or two sides, preferably 5-ply for better stability.
One 1/2" dia. x 16" long dowel.

Materials:
Required for displaying.
Stakes - Two 3/8" dia. x 18" long, fiberglass (1 pkg #YS18).
Clamps - Four 3/8" w/screws (#YSC2).
Pipe Clamps - Two for 1/2" dia. pipe.
Screws - Two #8 x 1/2" long pan head.

Tools:
Hand held jigsaw (sabre saw) with a non-chipping, scrolling blade.

Supplies: Transfer paper (#CARB2), pencil & clear tape.
Sand paper - medium & fine grits.
Wood filler - non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws.
Paint brushes - 3/4" and 2" wide brushs.

Paint:
Water based primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following colors of Delta acrylic paints:
P2506-Black.

Sealer:
High-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer (#POLYQT) for outdoor protection.
