1/2" or 3/4" thick exterior grade plywood
(Takes approximately 24" x 40" piece for all signs

Header sign: 3/4" thick wood (takes a 1X8 x 48" board)

Post: 2X2 x 48" long piece of wood

Hand-held sabre saw or scroll saw
