Shipping Information and Policy

All Orders to the United States:

Standard Orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. Carrier preferences can be honored only under special circumstances.

  • A PO Box is required if USPS does not deliver to your street address.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to reach you, although in most cases your order will arrive much sooner. 
    • We will not reship until 14 days have passed or the item has been returned to us by the postal service within that time. 
  • We may require an additional payment of shipping costs if we need to reship due to a bad address, no mail receptacle at the location, or any other reason outside of our control.
  • We make every attempt to fix an address that does not comply with USPS Address Verification.  However, some cannot be found.  If we are unable to contact you for any reason, we will cancel the order and refund in full.

Catalogs are shipped First Class Mail and can take several weeks.  This is out of our control as USPS does not prioritize catalog mailings.  If you feel you are not receiving the catalogs you have ordered, check with your local post office.  Although it is illegal for them to do so, we have found some local posts are withholding catalog deliveries. Direct complaints to them.  There are no refunds for catalogs.  

Expedited Orders - If you need guaranteed fast delivery of your order, you must place your order by phone via credit card at (800) 946-3435. Our Operators will explain the Expedited and Second Day shipping options available and the associated charges.

*Orders to Canada and other foreign countries (International)

All orders are shipped by US Mail or Priority depending on weight and thickness of package.

  • Canada - Please allow up to 30 business days for your order to reach you, depending upon proximity to the State of Michigan.  Due to slow mail times in recent months between the US and Canada, we will not reship unless 30 BUSINESS days have passed.
  • International - Please allow up to 30 business days for your order to reach you.
  • ALL mail outside the United States must have a validated mailing address.  If we cannot confirm your address is correct, we will cancel and refund.
  • We will not ship catalogs outside the US unless with an order.

All Shipping and Handling Charges are based on weight!  No exceptions.

Do not shorthand your street address.  If you live on a “County Road” do not use “Co Rd” or "CR".  It is always best to confirm the correct address format with your post office or USPS.com.  If we cannot validate your address electronically, we will cancel and refund.

*Directional abbreviations are almost always accepted.

*Abbreviations for Street, Road, Drive, etc. are almost always accepted unless they are part of the actual street name.  Example “3rd Street Rd” in Louisville, KY will not be “3rd ST RD”
