Medium Toy Soldier Woodcrafting Pattern

Description: Toy Soldier - Medium

Dimensions: 60" tall

Wood:
one 19" x 60" sheet of 1/2" or 3/4" thick exterior grade plywood, preferably 5-ply for better stability
one 1X2 x 24" long stakes (for mounting) or two of our fiberglass stakes (#YS18)

Hardware: required for mounting
four #8 x 1" long flat head screws or four stake clamps with screws (#YSC2)

Tools:
scroll saw or a hand held sabre saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping, scrolling blade

Supplies:
transfer paper, pencil & clear tape
sand paper-medium & fine grits
wood filler-non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
paint brushes-2", 3/4" & 1/4" wide brushes and a fine tipped detail brush

Paint:
white water base primer for a base coat (#PRIMQT) P2051-copen blue
P2083-fire red
P2408-napthol crimson
P2466-dunes
P2505-white
P2506-black
P602-kim gold

Sealer:
high-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer (#POLYQT)
