Now you can make your own humorous big nosed Kilroy to display on a fence in your yard. Full-size patterns are included for the traditional look as well as four additional versions.

Hand held jigsaw (sabre saw) with a non-chipping, scrolling blade, wire cutters, drill and 1/8" dia. drill bit.

Materials:
Wire (for hair) - 12 Gauge x 66" long.

Supplies:
Transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape.
Sand paper - medium & fine grits.
Wood Glue - exterior (#GLUETB3).
Wood filler - non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws.
Paint brushes - 2", 1" and fine detail.

Paint:
white water base primer for a base coat (#PRIMQT)
