Description:
Very cute fishing penguin to fasten on your deck, porch, next to swimming pool or in your yard mounted on the optional 3-post base.

Dimensions:
18-1/2" tall x 10" long

Wood:
One 2x12" x 24" long board
One 8" x 12" piece of 3/4" thick pine or plywood

Saw:
Hand-held sabre saw or band saw

Notes:
There are directions on how to make the 3-post base for penguin to set is on this pattern.

Winfield parts:
Eye screw - 9/64" I.D. (one pack #EYE)

Other Parts:
Wooden Dowel - 1/2" dia. X 12" long
Fish line - 25" long (minimum 12#)
Optional: knitted or fabric hat and scarf

Optional 3-post base:
One 12" x 12" piece of 1/2" or 3/4" thick exterior grade plywood
6" dia. Post - approximately 49" long
Wooden dowel - 1/2" dia. x 4" long
Rope - 1/2" or 3/4" dia. X 11" long

White primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following suggested colors of acrylic paint or exterior semi-gloss enamel:
