Make this display from plywood using our full-size pattern which includes complete assembly and painting instructions. (Angels are approx. 47" tall; Letters are approx. 10" tall)

Wood: (to make WC4).
Two 48" x 96" pieces of 1/2" thick exterior grade plywood, preferable 5-ply for better stability
48" x 48" piece of 1/2" thick exterior grade plywood

Wood: (to make EST49)
48" x 48" piece of 1/2" thick exterior grade plywood, preferable 5-ply for better stability

Tools:
Scroll Saw or Band Saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping blade

Hardware:
Eyescrews ?Çô Fifty Two 5/16" I.D. (#EYE3 - three packages)
Tie Down Stakes / Tent Stakes ?Çô Six (#TDS)

Paint:
White water based primer for a base coat (#PRIMQT) and the following suggested colors of acrylic paint:
2505-White
2551-Rhythm n' Blue
2602-Kim Gold

Sealer:
High-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer (#POLYQT) for outdoor protection.
