This gorgeous 6 foot tall Christmas Tree almost looks like the real thing! But you make it from plywood following the detail instructions on our full size pattern then decorate it with real lights and garland. (72" tall)

You may use real lights & garland, or you can cut out & use the ornaments that are given.

Dimensions:
Tree- 72" tall x 43" wide
Ornaments-star (2) 7 1/2" tall x 7 1/2" wide, 5" tall x 5" wide
Stocking 6" x 4 1/4"
Candy Cane 4" x 1 1/4"
Bulb 3 1/2" x 3"

Wood:
One 48" x 64" piece of plywood (3/4" exterior grade, good one or two sides, preferably 5-ply for better stability.
One 2X2 x48" to 58-3/4" long diagonal brace
Hardware:
Screw - One #6 x 1" long, flat head.
Stakes - Two 3/8" dia. x 18" long, fiberglass rods ( 2 - #YS18)
Clamps - Four 3/8" w/screws (1 pack of #YSC2)
Hinges - One heavy duty
Eyescrews - Two 5/16" I.D. (1 pack of #EYE3)

Tools:
Hand held jigsaw (sabre saw) with a non-chipping, scrolling blade, band saw or scroll saw (optional), electric drill, 5/32" and 3/8" dia. drill bits and screwdriver

Supplies:
Black Transfer Paper (#CARB2)
White graphite paper (#GRAFW)
Pencil and Clear tape
Sand paper - medium and fine grits
Wood filler - non-shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
Paint brushes - 1/4" and 2" wide brushes or foam tip
Tent Stakes and Rope - One of each
Staples -minimum 3/8" long

Water based White primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following suggested colors of Delta acrylic paints:

2603- Silver

Sealer:
High-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer (#POLYQT) for outdoor protection.
