WOOD:
Use knot-free #1 grade hardwood. (if you don't mind the look of knots, use lower cost #2 grade.):
3/4" thick (takes 1 x 6 x 6', 1 x 4 x 4' and 1 x 4 x 8' long boards)
1/8" thick plywood (takes a 22" x 31" piece

SAW:
table saw or circular saw and bandsaw

WINFIELD PARTS:

(7) 3/8" diameter x 17-1/2 long dowels
