Important! Scam Copycat Websites
We recently became aware of copycat websites that entice shoppers with incredible — and completely fabricated — savings, such as 70% off.
The ONLY official domain for our store is https://www.thewinfieldcollection.com
These fraudulent sites include our name in the URL but end with .shop, .net, or .org and are not affiliated with us in any way.
What these sites do is create a fake duplicate of our store and products using AI, apply false discounts, and allow you to add items to your cart and check out using only a credit card number. Once you enter your name, address, and credit card information, it is transmitted to their servers and used to make unauthorized online purchases.
Here's how to recognize a fake site:
- Check the URL in your address bar carefully before entering any information.
- Do not use an app — we do not have an app on Google Play or the Apple App Store, and any app claiming to be ours may also be fraudulent.
- Ask yourself if the deals seem too good to be true — because they are.
- Look for our contact information — our street address and customer service details are always listed in the footer of our website. Our official customer service email is cserv2@thewinfieldcollection.com. Fake sites typically display "support" or "service" before the @ symbol — these are not legitimate addresses.
The following fraudulent sites have been found on pages 1 and 2 of a Google search for "Winfield":
- thewinfieldcollectionoffice.shop
- thewinfieldcollectionco.shop
- thewinfield.shop
