Unfortunately I have yet to receive these plans along with 3 others. Its going on 16 days. I called CS and was told that everything was delayed because of the weather. I dont buy that excuse. Best thing you can do is ditch the USPO and go to UPS or FEDEX. I have been a client of Winfields for years and years, but until you can get your delivery straightened out, I won't be doing any business with Winfield
