Good pattern,
I did swap plywood on some of the parts with standard wood, I would recommend reinforcing some of the riders with extra material splines because plywood starts to warp. I also recommend updating some of the hardware with exterior grade. Use best judgment quality of wood these days is not the best swap as needed. I'm not a hugh fan of the gear motor setup but it works, if it makes it through the season may look at making a chain drive setup.
