Very nice plans, easy to follow. I used air dried red oak a friend cut on his small sawmill. Stained with English Chestnut and gloss lacquer. Should last through several great grandchildren.

Receiving this pic made all the hours working on this cradle worthwhile! Hopefully this baby is the first of many family babies sleeping comfortably.

Hi,
I ordered the plan, hardware, mattress and spindles. Everything was top quality, as usual.
Instead of cutting the hearts out of the boards I made hearts and glued them in position. Made it easier for me. I used pine wood and used cherry stain. Everyone really liked the finished product.
