24" x 24" piece of 1/2" thick exterior grade plywood to make a pair.

SAW:
Hand-held sabre saw

OTHER SUPPLIES:
Reflector - Four 3" Diameter Red Plastic (#REF1)
Stakes - Two 3/16" dia. x 11" long steel rod (#YS11)

PAINTS:White primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following suggested colors of acrylic paint or exterior semi-gloss enamel:
