We have a 30-Day Return Policy from the date the order was shipped.
For instances of buyers remorse:
- You will receive a refund for purchased products if returned in new and unused condition.
- Patterns: No evidence that the pattern has been traced.
- Supplies: Complete count purchased is returned or we are notified of the amount being returned.
- Downloadables are non-refundable. No Exceptions.
- Pattern Reductions/Enlargements are non-refundable. No Exceptions.
- Provide Order #, Bill-to name on order, and reason for return.
- We can provide a return label at our discounted commercial rate, however, the cost will be deducted from your refund. You can choose to purchase your own label from your preferred carrier, but be sure to include tracking for your own security.
For instances in which you received the product damaged:
- Please send photos to cserv2@thewinfieldcollection.com to verify the damages.
- Provide Order #, Bill-To name on order, and which items that were damaged. Please provide Item#/SKU if available.

Do not throw away damaged products as USPS may require physical proof for damage claims.

Do not return damaged products if it is a liquid (paint, Polyshield, etc.).
- We will refund in full or replace products at no additional cost to you once verified.
