Wood:
One 1X12 x 84" long pine board

One 2x4 x 4-5/8" long pine board

Tools:
Table Saw or circular saw and Band Saw or Scroll Saw with a smooth non-chipping blade
Electric Drill and 1-1/2", 3/16" and 3/32" dia. drill bits

Hardware:
Nails - One box, 3D 1-1/4" long, finish
Screws - Eight #8 x 1-1/2" long, flat head
Hinges - Two 1" x 1-1/16" brass plated (#BHNG1)
Eyescrews (optional) - One 5/16" I.D. (#EYE3) for hanging
Flush Mount Hanger (optional) - One 1-3/4" x 1-1/2" (#FMH)

Supplies:
Transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape
Sand paper - medium & fine grits
Wood filler - non-shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
Paint Brushes - 2", 1" and fine detail

Paint:
White primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following suggested colors of acrylic paint or exterior semi-gloss enamel:
2030 - Burnt Sienna
2057 - Quaker Grey
2505 - White
2506 - Black

Sealer:
High-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer (#POLYQT) for outdoor protection.
