Description: Climbing Skeleton

Dimensions: 73" Long

Wood:
one 22" x 75" piece of 1/2" or 3/4" thick exterior grade plywood, preferably 5 ply for better stability
two blocks of scrap wood (for optional mounting)

Tools:
hand held sabre saw (jig saw) with a smooth cutting non-chipping, scrolling blade
phillips screwdriver
electric drill and a 3/16" drill bit

Hardware: (for displaying)
three 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" zinc coated steel L-brackets
six #8 x 1/2" long flat head zinc coated screws

Supplies:
transfer paper, pencil & clear tape
sand paper-medium & fine grits
wood filler-non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
paint brushes-2" wide brush

Paint: exterior latex enamel: cream or off white
