FAX, US Mail, or Email Orders
Yes, we do still accept fax, mail or email orders. However there have been changes in recent months on how we configure shipping charges.
Because our shipping policy has changed due to USPS mail delivery changes, shipping charges are based on weight only. This is not likely to change in the near future as we have been forced to eliminate First Class Mail options due to so many lost packages with no tracking information.
The world is constantly changing with technology, but we always want to accommodate our non-computer users to the best of our abilities. However, we also want to encourage as many of our customers to use our secure and safe website to place online orders and browse over 10,000 patterns.
USPS' charges are always changing these days and we do our best to keep our customers updated of these changes. Here is a list of considerations when sending your order in by mail:
- Our paper catalog prices are subject to change at any time. Future catalogs will not have a shipping chart, but will have information to call for a quote.
- The paper catalog does not feature anything different from what is already on the website.
- The best source for correct prices is the website or speaking to our sales operator.
- By shopping online you will have access to promotions, discounts, and bargain bin prices.
- By providing a confirmed valid email with your order, you will receive invoices, promo codes for sales, and more. Invoices are no longer included in packages.
- You can create your order online without submitting payment to see your shipping charges.

- Orders will not ship without full payment (Schools and Non-Profits can contact us for Purchase Order information)
