Everybody that drives by stops to view the huge "Joy". Super simple. We braced the eight foot tall letters as per the plan. Has held up, so far, to 30 mph winds. Painted them with one coat of primer, followed by two coats of red. Both sides. Took almost a full gallon of red. Extremely pleased. Be sure and plan for adequate storage. These letters, as the description implies, are huge. Will add the huge "Hope" display next year.
