As a family from Grandpa to 2 year old granddaughter we cut out and painted these elves along with the tree pattern. We installed it in the yard with 1/2 the tree decorated and the elves all twisted up in the lights. Everyone loves it. Just take your time cuttin out the elves. Lots of nooks and crannies. wish I could post a picture
