WOOD:
One 36" x 72" piece of 1/2" thick exterior grade plywood
Two 1X2 x 24" long wood stakes for mounting

HARDWARE:
Screws ?Çô Eight #8 x 1" long, flat head.

TOOLS:
Hand held sabre saw a smooth cutting non-chipping, scrolling blade, screwdriver, drill and 3/16" dia. drill bit.

SUPPLIES:
Transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape
Sand paper ?Çô medium & fin grits
Wood filler ?Çô non-shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws (#WF8)
Paint Brushes ?Çô 3/4" and 1/4" wide brushes and a fine tipped detail brush.

PAINTS:White primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following suggested colors of acrylic paint or exterior semi-gloss enamel:
