This lovely cut out valentine is sure to impress your sweetheart.

Dimensions:
9" tall x 9-3/4" wide (at the base)

Wood:
1X8 x 24" long board  #1 grade pine or hardwood (knot free) If you don't mind the look of knots, use a lower cost #2 grade lumber.

Tools:
Scroll saw.

Supplies:
Transfer paper (#CARB)
Pencil and clear tape
Sand paper  Medium and fine grits
Wood Filler  Non-shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws 
Paint brushes  3/4" and 1/4" wide brushes and a fine tipped detail brush
Wood glue

Stain:
Wipe on Maple colored and Warm Brown colored.

Sealer:
Quality, non-yellowing, satin finish polyurethane (#INDRQT).
