Red Truck Cargo #5 Pattern Set

Wood: One 36" x 36" piece of plywood (3/4" thick exterior grade, good one or two sides, preferably 5-ply for better stability).
One 1x3 x 36" long pine board

Hardware: Required for assembly.
Screws - Four #6 x 1-1/4" long, pan head (attaching Cargo).
Eight #6 x 1-1/4" long flat head (for the Signs)

Tools: Table Saw and Hand held jigsaw (sabre saw), with a non-chipping, scrolling blade, electric drill, 5/32" dia. drill bit and screwdriver.

Supplies: Transfer paper (#CARB2), pencil & clear tape.
Sand paper - medium & fine grits.
Wood filler - non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws.
Paint brushes - 2", 3/4" & 1/4" wide brushes and a fine tipped detail brush.

Paint: Water based primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following colors of Delta acrylic paints:

Sealer: High-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer (#POLYQT) for outdoor protection.
