Wood: one sheet 48" x 96" x 1/2" or 3/4" thick exterior grade plywood, preferably 5-ply for better stability

Tools: hand held sabre saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping, scrolling blade

transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape
sandpaper-medium & fine grits
wood filler-non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws

Paint:
white water base primer (#PRIMQT)
exterior latex enamel: black
