Finnish Plywood Panels [FPLY*]

I was disappointed in some of the panels. Several of them were warped. I tried flattening them by putting weight on them. Didn't work.. I put additional spacers between the panels during assembly which helped somewhat, though not entirely. Since the project was a 3D project, the spacing between the panels makes a difference. Also, maybe thicker panels than those recommended would have been better for this project. I changed out the blades often, more than I normally would, but I still had some of the smaller pieces break off or chip out on the back side. The lights worked fine.

The panel’s used to be sanded way better. Also the edge where it is cut is tore up from the saw. A half inch is lost from every cut from blade tear out. Very disappointed in the quality

It is just what I needed And they were in good shape.

Made a lighted manger scene. Turned out great. (second one I’ve made) Only change I’ve made was start the wireing from the back panel or wind up with a lot of extra lights.
