WOOD:
One - 1X6 x 30" long piece of Pine

One - 6" x 12" x 5/32" thick, Finnish Plywood (#FPLY2) HARDWARD/PARTS:
*Screw - Four #6 x 2" long, brass
*Washer - Eight 3-1/16" I.D., Brass
*Bushing - Four 3/16" dia. x 13/16" long brass.
*Ball Bearing - Two 15/64" dia. steel.
*Pivot Tube - Two 3/16" dia. x 1-1/2" long.
*Pivot - Two 3/16" dia. x 5" long stainless steel

Wire - Two 16 gauge x 3-1/2" long pieces.
Acrylic Panel - Two 11-5/8" x 11-5/8" x 3/32" thick, clear (#PLEXCL2)

TOOLS:
Scroll Saw, Band Saw or Hand Held Jigsaw (sabre saw) with a non-chipping, scrolling blade,

electric Drill, 1/16" x 3/32" x 3/16", 1/4" x 5/8" dia. drill bits, screwdriver and wire cutters.

SUPPLIES:
Transfer paper (#Carb), pencil & clear tape
Sand Paper - medium & fine grits
Paint Brushes - 1/4" wide and a fine tipped detail brush.
Paint Pen - Black X-Fine tip (#PPENX)
Exterior Wood Glue - (#GLUETB3)

Paint:
White water base primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the
following suggested colors of Delta Craft paint:
#P2013 - Blue Danube
#P2042 - Pumpkin
#P2068 - Christmas Green
#P2489 - Lime
#P2504 - Yellow
#P2505 - White
#P2506 - Black
#P2535 - Foliage Green

Sealer:
High-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer (#POLYQT) for outdoor protection
