Wood:
#2 grade pine or better, good one or two sides
One 1X8 x 36" long board
One 2X8 x 36" long board
One 2X10 x 36" long board
One 2X12 x 72" long board

Hardware: Required for assembly
Screws - Thirty #6 x 2-1/2" long, flat head
Wooden Plugs - Twenty 3/8" dia. x 3/8" long, (#PLG375)

Tools:
Table saw or circular saw, band saw, scroll saw or jig saw with a smooth cutting, non-chipping blade, screw driver, drill, and 5/32", 11/16", 15/64" and 3/8" dia. drill bits.

Supplies:
Transfer paper (#CARB), pencil and Clear tape.
Sand paper - medium & fine grits
Wood filler - non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws (#WF8)
Paint brushes - 2", 3/4" and 1/4" wide brushes and a fine tipped detail brush
Wood Glue - exterior (#GLUETB3)

Other Supplies
Plastic Eyes - Two 18mm, Brown (#PE124) or color of your choice

Paints:
White primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following suggested colors of acrylic paint or exterior semi-gloss enamel:
2090 Hippo Grey
2126 Medium Flesh
2436 Charcoal
2505 White
2506 Black

Sealer:
High-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer (#INDRQT) fto protect the paint.
