Plans are good however delivery was way too long!

Thank you for your review. We shipped your order on the 5th, less than 24 hours when your order was made, but for some inexplicable reason, USPS couldn't make up their mind on which distribution facility it would go to. Our shipping policy clearly states that it can take up to 14 business days, but almost always less than that. In your case, 10 days from Michigan to Texas. If you need items faster, you can call for expedited service and have it shipped Priority Mail which is still 3-5 days.
We have no control over what is happening with their service, but it remains the most affordable for what we sell, and our customer's do not want to pay UPS or FedEx prices.
Because your review praises the pattern, but removes 2 stars because of USPS, the downgrade has nothing to do with the pattern itself. This is what we want the reviews to be about on our website. Other websites are out there to review USPS or The Winfield Collection as a company.
