Just completed the pelican project for our home. It was work! Took me about two weeks to complete since I did it when on my off time. I wish there was an easier way to handle the beak assembly. I had to cut each one out separately instead of gluing them together and cutting out the whole piece. The painting was too bad, but my pelican looks nice in my front yard!
