One 1X10 x 48" long board, #2 or better grade pine
One 2X10 x 18" long board, #2 or better grade pine
Dowel  One 1/2" dia. x 36" long (length may be adjusted)

Saw:
Table Saw, Scroll Saw or band saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping blade

PAINT:
White water based primer for a base coat (#PRIMQT) and the following suggested colors of acrylic paint::
2011-Chrome Green ***discontinued*** replace with 2445-Green Sea
2056-Berry Red ***discontinued*** replace with 2083-Fire Red
2057-Quaker Grey
2072-Lima Green
2090-Hippo Grey
2436-Charcoal
2505-White
2506-Black
