Scroll saw or band saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping blade

Paint:
White water based primer for a base coat (#PRIMQT) and the following suggested colors of acrylic paint::

2436-Charcoal
2504-Yellow

Sealer:
High-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer (#POLYQT) for outdoor protection.
