The plan even shows how to trace the placement of the plans on the plywood. Super easy.

These deer look great. We received many compliments.

But beware, they catch a lot of wind. The upright and feeding deer both pulled the stakes out of the ground and blew over. Also, 1/2" plywood is not heavy enough for the body. The neck constantly sways in the breeze. I'm going to rebuild the bodies out of 3/4" for next year.

Once assembled, this deer is simply awesome! It earned a picture and write-up in the local paper. But beware...the deer & wind DO NOT go well together at all, even using guy wires and extra stabilizing items for the antlers. Maybe we'll try the deer bending over this year.
