For optimum results, use grade A4 quality 5/32" thick Oak Plywood* (#KPLY516) for design cut-out layer ("FRONT")

and 5/32" thick Finnish Plywood* (#FPLY516) for backer board ("BACK")

Tools: Scroll Saw, 2/0 Spiral Blade* (#BLFD20), drill and small drill bits.

Hardware:
Sawtooth Hanger - (#SAWH).

Supplies:
Scroll Saw Tape - (#SST20)
Transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape.
Sand paper - medium & fine grits.
Wood Glue - exterior (#GLUETB3).
Wood filler - non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws.
Paint brushes - 2", 1" and fine detail.
