“Web-Seller” Information

You must meet all of the following requirements to become a licensed “Web-Seller” and sell finished projects made from Winfield Collection copyrighted patterns on your Website.

1. You must provide the following information: Your name, the name of your company, full mailing address, telephone number, your e-mail address, the name and address of your website and of your web host.
   
2. Photos you post on your website must be indicative of the actual quality of the projects your customers will receive.
   
3. All images of our projects, including photos taken of projects you have made yourself using our patterns, are protected by our Federal copyrights. We require that all such images have a resolution/size limit (200 pixels in the greatest dimension at 72 dpi) when they are “exposed” on the Internet.
   
4. The following copyright statement must appear directly on or adjacent to all images of our projects. The statement must be at least 8 point text and be a contrasting color and in a location as to be readily readable:

The Winfield Collection monitors the Internet and all “Web-Sellers” on a regular basis for abuse of its copyrighted works.
