Shipping Info
All Orders to the United States:
Standard Orders are shipped either First Class Mail (USPS)(majority) or FedEx ground service(express exceptions), whichever is more economical. Carrier preferences can be honored only under special circumstances. Please note that FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box--a street address must be provided. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to reach you (depending upon your proximity to Michigan) although in most cases your order will arrive much sooner. Standard shipping and handling charges from the chart below will be added to your order.
Expedited Orders - If you need guaranteed fast delivery of your order you must place your order by phone via credit card at (800) 946-3435. Our Operators will explain the Rush and Second Day shipping options available and the associated charges.
*Orders to Canada and other Foreign countries (International)
All orders are shipped by USPS International First Class Mail or Priority depending on weight and thickness of package.
- Canada - Please allow up to 21 business days for your order to reach you, depending upon proximity to the State of Michigan.
- International - Please allow up to 28 business days for your order to reach you.
Canadian and International customers are responsible for paying any customs charges, taxes, duties or fees applicable to their orders.
All Canadian and Foreign Orders
Additional shipping charges may be needed due to excess package weight or unusual package dimensions. We will notify you with the amount needed. If you require a quote of shipping charges before your order, you must contact us using this Form or call us (810-735-2480). Customers using PayPal will receive an invoice from PayPal for the extra shipping charge which must be paid before the order will ship.
