1/2" or 3/4" exterior grade plywood

Scroll Saw or band saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping blade
Electric drill and a 1/8" drill bit

HARDWARE:
(8) 3/16" dia. x 11" long, zinc plated rods (#YS11) (2) 3/16" clamps (#YSC1)

SUPPLIES:
Transfer paper (#CARB), pencil and clear tape
Sandpaper – Medium and fine grits
Wood filler – non-shrinking, fast, drying for wood flaws
Paint Brushes – ¾" and ¼" wide brushes and a fine tipped detail brush

PAINT:
White water based primer for a base coat (#PRIMQT).
