To Order via Phone, Fax or Mail: Shop our Online Catalog using our convenient Shopping Cart as above but when checking out click “I will fax or phone my order.” Then print the order and fill in any blank areas by hand. Payment Methods We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover for all orders. These charge cards are the only acceptable means of payment for International orders. If you do not wish to send your credit card information over the Internet, then Phone, Fax or Mail your order to us following the instructions above. We also accept money orders and personal checks as payment for mail-in orders from the US, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, Canada, FPO’s, and APO’s. All payments are required in US Funds. Sorry, we do not accept any COD orders.
