All patterns made available for purchase via this website, our printed catalog or downloaded/printed from this server (“patterns”) and the actual projects themselves (“projects”) are the copyrighted works of The Winfield Collection, Ltd. and/or its suppliers.

The purchaser of a Winfield Collection pattern is granted the right to hand make the copyrighted project on that pattern for their own personal use, as a gift to a friend or relative, to sell in small quantities at local craft shows, flea markets, gift shops, etc., and to sell on their own website as long as they meet certain requirements.
